Refers to Aurax and all its associated apps (User App, Seller Dashboard, Vendor Dashboard, LDP App, DP App, Waiter App, KDS).
Anyone who accesses or uses the Platform.
Businesses or individuals who list products on the Platform.
Restaurants or service providers registered on the Platform.
Delivery partners registered to fulfil orders.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aurax. By using the Platform, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Registration

Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

Aurax reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Platform Use
Permitted use
You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only — to browse, purchase products, order food, book services, recharge, and manage your business if you are a seller or vendor.
Prohibited activities

Listing counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products or services.

Misrepresenting product quality, availability, or pricing.

Using the Platform to defraud other users, sellers, or Aurax.

Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.

Creating fake reviews, manipulating ratings, or misusing the referral system.

Collecting user data without authorisation.
Orders & Payments

Orders placed through the Platform constitute a binding purchase agreement between the User and the Seller or Vendor.

Aurax acts as a technology intermediary and is not liable for the quality of products or services provided by Sellers or Vendors.

Payment must be completed at the time of order. Orders may be cancelled if payment is not confirmed.

Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy, subject to Seller or Vendor terms.

Aurax reserves the right to hold or reverse a payment in cases of suspected fraud.
Seller & Vendor Terms

Sellers and Vendors must provide accurate business information and comply with all applicable laws.

Products or services listed must comply with Aurax's content guidelines.

Aurax reserves the right to remove listings that violate guidelines without notice.

Platform commission rates are communicated at onboarding and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

Sellers and Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, and stock levels.
Delivery

Delivery is performed by independent LDP or DP partners, not employees of Aurax.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.

Aurax is not liable for delays or damages caused by delivery partners beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, designs, text, code, and software — is owned by or licensed to Aurax. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Important limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
